Our Training Method & Philosophy


At V Fit Training our approach to training is simple: functional strength training. Each movement and exercise should have a purpose and reason why it is being performed. We believe that a client’s training should have a carry over effect into their everyday life. Our client programs focus on performing pushing, pulling, gait, lunge, squat, bend and twist movements. Our goal with each client is to keep them safe, make them stronger and have fun during the process..  

I firmly believe that fitness is the ultimate life equalizer. Meaning, if a person truly decides to take their fitness on and improve it then their age, gender, background, financial situation etc does not matter. A person cannot buy the fitness results that they want nor can they achieve them by simply wishing for them. Instead, they can only be achieved through hard work, dedication and perseverance. We all have have the ability to improve our fitness. I also believe that each of us has full control over two things in life: how much we choose to move our bodies and what we eat and drink. It would be an honor for me to join you in your fitness journey.

My Story


I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years. I began my training career at a private studio where I trained for four years. I then made the decision to go independent and have thoroughly enjoyed the process of growing and learning as a business owner. I am a husband and a father of two amazing boy’s. My passion for fitness and health is bigger then me, it is about setting an example for my family and friends. It is also what I share with my clients, that by them improving their fitness it will have a ripple effect on their family and social circles. My approach to training is one of training for longevity and I fully understand that training is a part of a clients life but not their entire life. I also believe that training is the perfect “life arena” to build: discipline, a no quit attitude and self confidence.
