Private One On One Training


Private training is perfect for those who are just starting out on their fitness journey and are needing specific attention to develop good form, technique and to build confidence to train. It also is ideal for those who have a very limited schedule and need to train on specific days or times. Private training is the foundation from which I built my love for training and serving others. Private training really allows the trainer and client to build trust and friendship.

Partner Training


This type of training is perfect for those who enjoy training with someone. The session consists of two people and is perfect for individuals who enjoy training with a friend, spouse or partner. Each client will receive their own movement assessment and a program will be designed to meet their needs and goals. A V Fit trainer will be present to guide each client through their own workout plan and provide feedback on form, how much weight to use, etc.
