I started working out and training with Vishant several years ago. I felt that I was fit and athletic but had a whole new world of training and fitness and goals waiting for me!
I really had not done push-ups and sit-ups and squats and burpees or anything of the sort since PE classes!
With hard work and motivation and the relentless encouragement from Vishant I have gotten stronger and more fit and more lean with each year passing.
I find new goals and feel great! My eating habits have become healthier and I find myself making wiser choices not because I have to but because I want to!
I owe Vishant and VFIT the credit for changing my mindset as to what fitness is and what a healthy lifestyle is!
